A great little dide dish to accompany a roast from Olia Hercules.
Ingredients
- 200 g sprouts blanched and halved
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 6 rashers smoked streaky bacon
- 5 prunes chopped
- a handful of parsley chopped
- a squeeze lemon juice optional

Instructions
- Heat a griddle pan. Toss the sprouts in oil and season well. Griddle them cut-side down for a few minutes until well-charred.
- Roast the bacon in the oven until crispy then chop roughly. Stir the bacon and prunes through the sprouts and sprinkle with parsley. Add a squeeze of lemon, if you like.
