Moro’s recipe for Lebanese Tahini Sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 plump garlic cloves peeled
- 3 tbsps tahini paste
- juice of a l;emon
- 5 tbsps water
- sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Crush the garlic cloves to a paste in a mortar with a good pinch of salt. Transfer to a small mixing bowl.
- Whisk in the tahini and then thin with the lemon juice. Add water until you have the consistency of double cream then check seasoning.
