A spice mixture to use in fish dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 dssp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 8 green cardamon pods shelled
- 2.5 cm piece of cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp dried lemon grass powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Dry roast the cumin, coriander, peppercorns, cardamon seeds and cinnamon stick in a small frying pan until aromatic.
- Remove from the pan and grind to a powder.
- Combine with the remaining ingredients.
